Iowa City Community Folk Sing

Singalongs are presented by Uptown Bill's & the Family Folk Machine. We use a set of Rise Up Singing books owned by the Iowa City/Johnson County Senior Center. Maybe soon we'll use Rise Again as well! At our singalongs, people bring an assortment of instruments, and everyone can make requests. The whole group joins in on each song as they are able. There is no admission charge; people of all ages and abilities are welcome to come sing and/or play instruments.
